ZAGREB, May 26 (Hina) - A temporary injunction issued by the Zagreb Court of Commerce on May 10 on the sale of "Vecernji list" daily stock to the Caritas Fund will most probably remain in effect. Hina's attempt to establish the facts

The Court had ordered the Croatian Institute for Pension Insurance (HZMO) that until the order runs out it should initiate court proceedings before a permanent panel of judges at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. The HZMO did so on May 12, and the panel of judges should reach a verdict on whether the Caritas Fund could manage the daily's stock. This means the court order was still valid. ZAGREB, May 26 (Hina) - A temporary injunction issued by the Zagreb
Court of Commerce on May 10 on the sale of "Vecernji list" daily
stock to the Caritas Fund will most probably remain in effect.
Hina's attempt to establish the facts surrounding the case at the
Commercial Court was left without response due to the absence of
relevant personnel.
The Court had ordered the Croatian Institute for Pension Insurance
(HZMO) that until the order runs out it should initiate court
proceedings before a permanent panel of judges at the Croatian
Chamber of Commerce.
The HZMO did so on May 12, and the panel of judges should reach a
verdict on whether the Caritas Fund could manage the daily's
stock.
This means the court order was still valid.
Vecernji lists's appeal to the injunction will be solved by the High
Court of Commerce, but there is no deadline by which the court
should do so.
With the injunction of the sale of Vecernji list stock Austria's
Styria publishing company was disabled from purchasing the
majority stock of the daily which had already been agreed.
