ZAGREB, May 19 (Hina) - The ASI Group international corporation has offered the Croatian government consultative services in the drafting of a Croatian development strategy, innovative changes in the banking sector, the economy, and
state administration. The corporation's representatives held a press conference in Zagreb on Friday at which they said the problems in Croatia's economy were very complex and called for the drafting of a development strategy. ASI Group to that end requested a meeting with Croatia's Deputy Premier Goran Granic. The corporation's chief objectives are higher productivity of particular companies, training people for new jobs, and the companies' survival on the market. ASI Group wants to make Croatia and Zagreb the new centre of ASI activities in this part of Europe. To that end, an international education centre for future business managers is to be opened in the

ASI Group wants to make Croatia and Zagreb the new centre of ASI
activities in this part of Europe. To that end, an international

northern Adriatic resort of Opatija.
Besides strategic, organisational and management training
activities, ASI Group offers technical and operations
consultations in the design, building and maintenance of factories
and roads, and the possibility of capital fund interventions in
some of the mentioned projects, corporation representatives
Manrico Mincuzzi and Steve Tappan said.
