selection of judges and prosecutors, their rights and obligations as well as their income. A spokesman for the Office of the High Representative (OHR), James Ferguson, said the new law also included an additional provision on testing the skilfulness and professionalism of the current judges in the Bosnian Moslem-Croat entity. A procedure of checking will last 18 months, and will be prolonged, if necessary, Ferguson said in Sarajevo.
