said in a statement Tuesday. The seminar is on a list of NATO's special activities. As a transitional, temporary model, the seminar envelops all activities (seminars, education programmes, workshops and so on) envisaged for full members of the Partnership for Peace Programme. NATO Secretary-General George Robertson handed the list of activities to Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan during his February visit to NATO in Brussels. Assistant Defence Minister in charge of personnel management
