ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - Croatia's Deputy Foreign Minister Vesna Cvjetkovic-Kurelec on Monday received the president of NATO's Parliamentary Assembly, Javier Ruperez, for talks on Croatia's approaching NATO. According to a statement
from the Foreign Ministry, the NATO official acquainted Cvjetkovic-Kurelec with Croatia's admission to NATO's Parliamentary Assembly as an observer, and with NATO parliamentarians' support to recent changes in Croatia. The two officials also discussed possibilities of future co-operation in making Croatia approach transatlantic structures. Cvjetkovic-Kurelec today also received a group of 16 members of the Canadian Academic Community which is preparing a report on changes in Croatia for Canada's authorities. Canada's representatives said Croatia's reputation in transatlantic countries had grown since the recent changes. Especially appreciated is the new government's active policy
