Dragan Nikolic, born in 1957, is suspected of crimes against humanity, violation of the laws or customs of war, and grave violations of the Geneva Convention. Nikolic was on a list of persons against whom the Hague tribunal issued a public indictment, and the last known place of his residence, published on his arrest warrant, was Vlasenica in eastern Bosnia.
