Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan told Boris Kandare of the Croatian Party of Rights (HSP), when asked whether the Government shared the opinion of Croatian President Stipe Mesic who said in an interview for "Der Spiegel" that sanctions against Serbia could be lifted. The Government will be satisfied once Milosevic is brought before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Racan stressed. Vlado Jukic of the HSP wondered whether the carrying out of a purge started by a recent agreement of the ruling Six on power sharing at different levels, Racan said there was no purges and revenge seeking, adding that expert criteria played main role in choosing officials at different
