ZAGREB, April 11 (Hina) - Special coordinator of the Stability Pact for the South East of Europe Bodo Hombach announced Tuesday a quick realisation of quick-start projects for which funds had been gathered at a recent fund raising
conference in Brussels. Construction sites must arise from the projects and we are now working on beginning the implementation of the quick-start projects which have to become a reality within the next 12 months, Hombach said after a meeting with Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Vesna Cvjetkovic Kurelec. Describing Croatia as an important partner for the stabilisation of the entire region, Hombach stressed it had shown enough experience and had opted for democracy. It has also been a good collocutor in talks as part of the Stability Pact. He added the interest of private investors for Croatia was good.(hina) lml mm
