ZAGREB, April 11 (Hina) - The next most important step before the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe is a fast implementation of the projects for which means were gathered at a recent donors' conference, the Pact's special
coordinator Bodo Hombach said in Zagreb on Tuesday. Hombach discussed the problem of slowness and bureaucracy with European Union foreign ministers before arriving in Zagreb, he told reporters after meeting Croatian parliament president Zlatko Tomcic and members of the House of Representatives' Committee on Foreign Affairs. One of the Stability Pact's work focuses will be the strengthening of parliament's role in project-implementation, Hombach said.
