LJUBLJANA/MUNICH, March 29 (Hina) - After his talks with Slovenia's Premier Janez Drnovsek in Munich on German investment in Slovene economy and cooperation in road infrastructure, Bavarian Prime Minister Edmund Stoiber told Slovenian
television that Bavaria also supported the construction of a motorway between the Slovene city of Maribor and Croatia's capital. According to Stoiber, the Maribor-Zagreb highway will help lessen traffic jams in the direction via Villach and Ljubljana and help Croatia to be better connected with north-western areas. The motorway will be to the benefit of Slovenia as well.(hina) ms
