RIJEKA, March 28 (Hina) - The ship called "Triglav", of the 'Croatia Line' shipping company which is about to go into bankruptcy, was sold at an auction in the Chilean city of Valparaise. The Triglav was stopped in that Chilean port
in the beginning of March 1999 at the request of the German Hamburgerishe Landesbank, the Croatian company's biggest creditor. The 16,000-ton liner was built 19 years ago, and it was foreclosed at the price of some 1.3 million dollars. 'Croatia Line' has remaining eight ships, the dead-weight of which together amounts to 132,000 tons. Seven of them are in the Adriatic ports and the ship called "Lika" will be foreclosed in Ravenna on 12 April.(hina) jn ms
