ZAGREB, March 27 (Hina) - The Croatian Finance Ministry will not allow a price increase for bread and milk, the Ministry said in a statement Monday. "The increase in prices for bread and milk will not be allowed without looking into
the justification of such requests, insisting that in the present situation the justification of each and every request for a price increase be utterly carefully assessed," the statement said. Dairy producers requested a 5.8 to 8.1 per cent increase in prices for pasteurised milk, while the bakery industry asked for a four to 19 per cent increase in prices.(hina) lml jn
