SARAJEVO MEDIA GIVES GREAT PUBLICITY TO MESIC'S VISIT SARAJEVO, March 24 (Hina) - All Sarajevo media on Thursday and Friday gave great publicity to the visit of Croatian President Stipe Mesic to Bosnia-Herzegovina. All reports insisted that the visit of the Croatian President was held in a very friendly atmosphere, both, the official part of the visit and meetings with Sarajevo citizens during Mesic's afternoon walk downtown on Thursday. The conclusion of newspaper articles is that only the United States President, Bill Clinton, was greeted this way by local politician and common people. On Thursday evening President Mesic was a guest of the Open Broadcast Network. He reiterated his standpoints on support to Bosnia-Herzegovina and an entirely new orientation of the current Croatian authorities towards interior as well as foreign issues. Mesic's acquaintances and friends from Sarajevo gathered in the studio of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Television, including Bogic Bogcevic with whom President Mesic evoked memories on dramatic days spent together in the last composition of the Presidency of the former Yugoslavia . Also present was editor-in-chieff of Sarajevo daily "Oslobodjenje" Mirko Sagolj, and opera singer Gertruda Munitic.
