for the UN Mission in Mostar said on Wednesday. UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan's briefing came in the wake of the Bosnian Croat authorities' disregard for repeated possibilities of co-operation, UN spokesman Stefo Lehmann told reporters. Lehmann said Annan told the Security Council serious obstructions on the Bosnian Croat authorities' part were affecting all areas of international community work in the southern Bosnian canton. The Bosnian Croat population does not benefit from that, said Lehmann, adding he was referring to Bosnian Croat leaders who were promising voters a better tomorrow.(hina) ha
