ZAGREB, March 17 (Hina) - Representatives of the Croatian and European parliaments held talks on Croatia's approaching the European Union, as well as the return of refugees and relations with neighbouring countries in Zagreb on
Friday. The Croatian side was represented by members of the Croatian National Sabor's Foreign Policy Committee, headed by chairman of the Committee Zdravko Tomac, while representative at the European Parliament and president of the European Parliament's delegation for Southeast Europe Doris Peck represented the European parliament. The hosts stressed that Croatia wished to start negotiations on the association with the European Union and on joining the Partnership for Peace programme, the Croatian National Sabor reported.
