The Bosnian State Court rendered the six-year verdict after Mihaljevic, a member of the Croatian Defence Councils (HVO), made a plea bargain agreement with the prosecutors in this case.

Zdravko Mihaljevic, was on Thursday given a prison sentence of six
years for war crimes committed against Bosnian Muslim civilians in the
Kiseljak area during 1993.
