President's Office on Monday. "Please accept my warmest congratulations on your victory in Croatia's Presidential Elections on February 7. As I said when we spoke, credit for the success of these elections belongs to the Croatian people who elected you to office. You have been vested with an important mandate to lead your country out of isolation and into Europe," Albright's message read.
