Foreign Minister Benita Ferrero Waldner said on Thursday. She said she was glad that she will soon be able to meet Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula in Vienna. Ferrero Waldner is the new chairwoman of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation's (OSCE) Permanent Council. She said that the main task of the OSCE programme was the implementation of the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe, and the implementation of elections in the southern Yugoslav province of Kosovo.(hina) it
