ZAGREB, Feb 8 (Hina) - Croatia's newly elected President, Stipe Mesic, did not yet decide on the location of his office, spokeswoman of Mesic's electoral headquarters Vjera Suman told Hina Tuesday. She said it was certain that Mesic
did not want his office in the Presidential Palace in Zagreb's elite residential area of Pantovcak. Suman added, however, that President Mesic would start to perform his duty in Pantovcak on February 18. The entire presidential logistic is placed in Pantovcak, and only there Mesic can take over his presidential duty, until the issue of the president's Office is solved, Suman stressed. President Mesic did not specify where he would like his office to be, Suman said and added that the only reason why Mesic did not want his office in Pantovcak was because it was too expensive and too big.(hina) it
