wholeness and sovereignty and making sure Croatia's contribution to Croats in that country was transparent, circles close to the Croatian Government told Hina on Friday. "Picula intends to conduct his first bilateral visit to B-H", the source said, adding that this could be as early as February 11. "This would be a signal of the significance which the Croatian Government assigns to relations with B-H and Croats in that country as well as certain changes in policies towards B-H which Croatia considers as a whole and sovereign state with three nations nevertheless, of all its citizens", the source said. Croatia fully accepts all its constitutional and other obligations
towards B-H however, it sees their fruition in a different light,
the Foreign Ministry reported following a recent meeting between
Minister Picula and German State Secretary for Foreign Affairs
Christopher Zoepl.
Immediately after his visit to Bosnia, Picula is to travel to
Bucharest to participate at a meeting of the Process of Co-
operation in Southeast Europe which is to be held February 11 & 12.
