Bosnian Croats on condition that the assistance be public and controlled in a democratic manner. The request was presented during a meeting between the High Representative and a party delegation led by NHI president Kresimir Zubak. In a statement to Hina, NHI officials said they believed Croatia should continue supporting BH Croats but the help should be directed to those who really need it. The High Representative was also requested to intervene so that the principle of parity could be secured in the country's joint bodies of authority.(hina) rml
