The returns from those polling stations did not influence on the
electoral results of January 3 when the Croatian parliamentary poll
had been conducted, said the National Electoral Commission's head,
Marijan Ramuscak on Monday.
According to preliminary unofficial results, there will be 151
deputies in the House of Representatives from 13 political
parties.
The SDP-HSLS block will get 71 seats, HDZ 46, the 'Opposition Four'
block (HSS, IDS, HNS and LS) 24, the coalition of the HSP and the
HKDU will have five seats and there will be also five
representatives of minorities.
Complete results of the election for the lower house are to be
announced on Wednesday, 19 January, after the time limit of 48 hours
for possible complaints expires, Ramuscak told reporters.
He added that to date, 37 countries had consented to the
organisation of Croatia's presidential ballot on their territory.
Another dozen countries are also expected to allow the conduct of
this election, scheduled for January 24, including Yugoslavia,
Bosnia-Herzegovina and the United States.
