ZAGREB, Jan 7 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister Ivo Sanader on Friday received the new chief of the European Community Monitoring Mission to Croatia, Pedro Moitinho de Almeida. According to a statement from the Foreign
Ministry, Sanader said he was sure Croatia's new government would continue with resolute efforts aimed at rapprochement with the European Union, and that political dialogue would be intensified in view of signing an agreement on stabilisation and association. Sanader also advocated raising the European Community delegation's level in Zagreb to that of the European Commission mission.
