ZAGREB, Dec 20 (Hina) - The bankruptcy trustee for the Tisak newspaper company, Branko Gretic, and union representatives on Thursday signed a collective agreement for about 3,000 Tisak's employees. The bankruptcy proceedings in Tisak
were initiated in February 2000, and after a successful financial rehabilitation, the company should on Thursday begin functioning normally. The collective agreements secure an increase in the basic salaries from 2,070 kuna to 2,300 kuna, and guarantee 1,000 compensation, a Christmas bonus and a gift for children, 400 kuna each. It was also established that 15% of profits would be set aside for workers' salaries, the payment of jubilee awards, while inventories taken outside of working hours would be considered overtime.(hina) lml
