ZAGREB, Dec 20 (Hina) - The Ina oil industry union (SING) will pay 100 kuna to every member of the recent strike whose salaries will be reduced for taking part in the strike, leaders of the union said at Thursday's news conference.
The unionists believe that the Ina management has no right to make a list of strikers after the strike is over, especially since ahead of the strike it never set the minimal scale of jobs which should not be interrupted during the strike. If the management reduces the strikers' salaries, the union will request for the funds to be paid in court, SING president Bozo Mikus said. He announced charges and lawsuits against some company leaders for pronouncing the strike as illegal. Mikus reiterated union requests for an urgent signing of collective agreements and a more adequate way of restructuring the oil company. SING will discuss with other unions the possibility of a general
strike in state-owned companies, such as the Croatian Railways,
