Zagreb Forensics Institute. The head of the Government Office for Missing and Detained Croatian Soldiers and Civilians, Lieutenant Ivan Grujic, said the Yugoslav authorities were now willing to solve the problem of missing and detained persons. Locating mass graves remains the most difficult problem, Grujic said, urging all citizens who have information on mass grave sites to contact the police and the Office for Missing and Detained Soldiers and Civilians.(hina) rml
