The EAPC meeting on Friday focused on threats to security in the

Adopted at the meeting were documents which are adopted at the
ministerial level every six months - mostly reports on the work
within the Partnership for Peace programme and the EAPC. Also
adopted was a Euro-Atlantic Council Plan of Action by 2004.
Also adopted was a report on the work of the Initiative for
Southeastern Europe (EAPC initiative), in which the majority of
activities has been conducted through the Southeast European
Group. It was assessed that progress has been made in cooperation in
Southeastern Europe and that the cooperation was very useful.
