BUDAPEST, Dec 6 (Hina) - The Hungarian power industry (MVM) has been negotiating the sale of electricity to Croatia following the bankruptcy of the US power producer Enron, the Budapest-based business newspaper Vilaggazdasag reported
on Thursday. The Hungarian power industry recently signed a contract with Enron binding it to deliver 120 megawatt of electricity to the partners of the US company. However, MVM was one of the first companies to cancel its contract with Enron and now wants to supply Croatia with electricity, says the paper.
