BELGRADE, Dec 5 (Hina) - Two Croats and two Slovenes sentenced to long term of imprisonment for grave crimes have escaped from a prison in Sremska Mitrovica, sources from the prison in the northern Yugoslav province of Vojvodina
reported Wednesday. The same source said the four prisoners escaped on December 3 through a 21 metre-long tunnel which they dug out. Marko Osel was sentenced to ten years in prison for drug smuggling, Stiven Glamocanin to 15 years for murder, Damjan Puzavac to ten years for murder and extortion, and Damir Grubicic convicted of several robberies. The escaped prisoners have not been tracked down yet. The public has been warned they are exceptionally dangerous criminals.(hina) np sb
