Zagreb on Wednesday. "Organised crime and terrorism subvert the foundations of western civilisation. All civilised societies are obliged to fight that," Lucin said opening the seminar. The seminar was organised by the Interior and Justice Ministries, the UN drug control and crime prevention office, the centre for the international prevention of crime and the U.S. Embassy in Zagreb. The seminar will discuss corruption, organised crime in the public sector, gathering evidence in cases connected with organised crime, international cooperation and international legal assistance.
