The investigating judge with the Sarajevo cantonal court, Idriz
Kamenica, on Monday passed a decision on the official launching of
an investigation into Ante Jelavic and another six prominent
officials of the HDZ and the Croat National Congress (HNS).
The Sarajevo cantonal state prosecutor's office suspects the seven
officials of having endangered Bosnia's territorial integrity
through their activity and the establishment of the HNS, and
undermining Bosnia's defence power by dissolving the HVO, the Croat
component of the federal armed forces.
