DUBROVNIK DUBROVNIK, Nov 25 (Hina) - The prime minister of Bosnia's Serb entity, Mladen Ivanic, on Sunday stayed the southern Croatian seaport of Dubrovnik, where he visited the local Orthodox church. Talking to reporters about the return of Croat refugees to the Republic of Srpska, Ivanic said the number of returns this year had been higher than in the past, but did not present any figures. He added his government had helped in several return projects in line with its possibilities. "A DM2 million project of return to Posavina (northern Bosnia)is being carried out in cooperation with the Croatian government and international institutions," Ivanic said, announcing he would visit Zagreb soon. He added the regulation of property relations with Croatia was being discussed, especially with regard to the tenancy rights of Serbs who left Croatia.(hina) ha
