SARAJEVO, Nov 16 (Hina) - The international community's High Representative in Bosnia has appointed the members to the Permanent Electoral Commission, thus making the first concrete step in organising elections which should take place
in October of 2002. The Croat representative in the commission will be Lidija Korac, Bosniaks will be represented by Hilmo Pasic, and the Serbs by Branko Peric, while Vehid Sehic will represent the other ethnic communities, Wolfgang Petritsch said in a statement on Friday. Under the Permanent Electoral Law, which the Bosnian parliament adopted in August, the Permanent Electoral Commission has seven members, four Bosnian citizens and three foreigners.
