ZAGREB, Nov 12 (Hina) - The Hague war crimes tribunal's chief prosecutor last week signed a new indictment against former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic, which charges him with crimes in Bosnia in 1992-5, and handed it over to
the judges for confirmation, a tribunal official said on Monday. The material for the indictment has been delivered to the judges who will rule after considering it, which is a procedure that will take time as the material is very extensive, Florence Hartmann, spokeswoman for chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte, told Hina. Milosevic has been indicted for crimes against humanity committed in Croatia and Kosovo. Del Ponte had announced an indictment for genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well.(hina) ha
