Strugar is the first Yugoslav citizen to surrender voluntarily to the Hague tribunal after the court issued an indictment against him on October 2 this year, Rodic said. Since the general cannot take a regular flight due to his health condition, the owner of the 'Pelikan' airline, Dragan Ivancevic, offered Strugar a free flight to the Netherlands, which the general accepted.(hina) sb rml
