RACAN COMMENTS ON RELATIONS WITH BOSNIA AND SLOVENIA

ZAGREB, Oct 10 (Hina) - Asking by MPs about the Croatian relations with its neighbours Bosnia-Herzegovina and Slovenia, Premier Ivica Racan answered on Wednesday that annexes to an agreement on the special relations with the (Croat-Muslim) Bosnian Federation were being drawn up, while the issue of the demarcation of the border line with Slovenia would probably be forwarded to international arbitration to solve it. Responding to an MP's remark that the exchange of commodities with Bosnia dropped from the ratio of one to 10, in favour to Croatia in 1999, to the current one to two, Racan said the ties between the two independent countries could hardly be promoted on the grounds of the previous ratio in the trade.
