ZAGREB, Oct 3 (Hina) - Croatian President Stipe Mesic and Macedonian Foreign Minister Ilinka Mitreva agreed in Zagreb on Wednesday that regional cooperation was imperative but opposed its institutionalisation, the President's Office
said. "Both Macedonia and Croatia consider regional cooperation imperative and useful for all countries, but oppose any attempt to institutionalise it," the Office said in a statement. Today's talks addressed topical events in Macedonia. President Mesic fully supported all efforts aimed at finding a political solution. Mitreva was also received by parliamentary speaker Zlatko Tomcic. Both condemned every form of terrorism, and advocated an individual evaluation of countries integrating into Euro-Atlantic structures.
