ZAGREB, Sept 18 (Hina) - Croatia's Finance Ministry has decided to issue bonds, worth 200 million euro, for the domestic market. The issuance of the bonds was arranged by Privredna Banka Zagreb, Zagrebacka Bank, Raiffeisenbank Austria
d.d., Rijecka Banka and Splitska Banka. The ministry and these banks on Tuesday signed a contract on this move. The bonds will listed at the Zagreb Stock Exchange on 20 September 2001. The bonds are issued for three years, with the 6.50 percent talon and denomination in the euro, while the interest rates and the capital sum will be paid in the kuna according to the mean rate of the Croatian National Bank. The trading with the bonds is expected immediately upon their issuance, according to a statement released by the ministry.(hina) ms
