ZAGREB, Sept 3 (Hina) - General Ante Gotovina's defense attorney Luka Misetic announced that the Croatian government has requested a meeting with part of his defense team later on Friday. At the meeting, the government officials are
expected to hand over the documentation on General Gotovina's case that was given to the Hague prosecutors. In a telephone interview, Misetic has decidedly denied the rumours that General Gotovina's surrender is also to be discussed. "I can state with utmost certainty that there will be no discussion about the surrender of General Gotovina," he said, adding that his team is not authorised to negotiate on the terms of surrender.
