BELGRADE BELGRADE, Sept 3 (Hina) - ICTY chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte will hand over all the documentation on illegal money transactions made by the officials of Slobodan Milosevic's regime to the Belgrade district attorney during
her two-day visit to the Yugoslav capital. ICTY spokesperson, Florence Hartmann, told the Belgrade-based news agency Beta Monday that the data collected by the Tribunal includes information on foreign accounts. "The chief prosecutor will demand that the Yugoslav and Serbian authorities hand over all of the accused that are currently residing there," Hartmann said, denying "any possibility of prosecuting the offenders in Yugoslavia".
