STRASBOURG/ZAGREB, Aug 29 (Hina) - European health ministers will be visiting Dubrovnik from Friday to Sunday, to participate in the work of a forum whose aim is to promote health care in Southeast Europe. The Council of Europe issued
a statement today saying the intention of the forum is to contribute to the process of breathing life into health care in the region after a decade of war events which significantly affected the health care system. Larger investments, primarily in people, know-how and technology, are of extraordinary importance for renewing the health care system and its better functioning. Moreover, the second key factor is partnership relations among countries and international support. The forum, jointly organised by the Council of Europe and the World Health Organisation with the cooperation of the council of Europe development bank, will be gathering the health ministers of Albania, Bosnia-Herzego

Macedonia and Yugoslavia, as well as delegations of neighbouring
countries, and member-countries of the EU, World Bank and UNICEF.
