BELGRADE, Aug 20 (Hina) - Belgrade's association of Serb refugees from Sarajevo on Tuesday requested that UN High Representative for Bosnia Herzegovina Wolfgang Petritsch build a memorial centre in Sarajevo for Serb victims, demanding
the surrender of "Bosniak and Bosnian Croat war criminals to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia." In an open letter, members of the association said Petritsch did not fully understand the degree of the suffering of Serbs and crimes committed against them. The association told Petritsch they supported his activities in establishing foundation for the memorial centre in Potocari. They also requested the High Representative to demonstrate impartiality and consistence in objective viewing of irrefutable facts.
