PODGORICA, Aug 14 (Hina) - A Montenegrin parliamentary commission, in charge of investigating claims published by the Croatian weekly Nacional about the Montenegrin tobacco mob, on Tuesday held its first meeting at which it
established working methods and listed subjects to be asked to provide information, data and documents regarding the case. It has been decided that the commission should address in writing Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and other persons mentioned in relation to the scandal, as well as competent ministries, police and customs bodies, companies and the Nacional weekly. It is interesting that the list does not include Ratko Knezevic, a Montenegrin businessman from the United States and Djukanovic's former friend, who told the paper "Dan" he had much more compromising information about the Montenegrin president than published by Nacional. Nacional about the Montenegrin tobacco mob, on Tuesday held its
first meeting at which it established working methods and listed
subjects to be asked to provide information, data and documents
regarding the case.
It has been decided that the commission should address in writing
Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and other persons mentioned
in relation to the scandal, as well as competent ministries, police
and customs bodies, companies and the Nacional weekly.
It is interesting that the list does not include Ratko Knezevic, a

President Djukanovic and a number of other persons mentioned by
Nacional in relation to the Montenegrin tobacco mob have sued the
weekly, its editor-in-chief and three journalists before a Zagreb
court.
