BELGRADE, Aug 2 (Hina) - The Yugoslav and Serbian governments today held a joint session at which they adopted a programme for solving the crisis in Kosovo, and formed a state body to implement the programme with the aim of
establishing confidence of Kosovo Serbs towards the international community. After the session, Serbian Prime Minister Nebojsa Covic said a commission will be formed also to deal with problems of free movement, the return of refugees and the economic revival of Kosovo. He stressed the programme will be implemented in phases. Covic voiced hope partnership relations would be established with the international community in the spirit of "sovereignty and territorial integrity of Yugoslavia".(hina) lml
