BELGRADE OVER OVK CRIMES BELGRADE, Aug 8 (Hina) - Questioning of witnesses about the crimes the Kosovo Liberation Army (OVK) allegedly committed upon Serbs in Kosovo started in the Belgrade's office of the International Criminal
Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the Serbian Justice Ministry and the ICTY's branch office confirmed on Wednesday. The interviews are led by a special team of ICTY investigators from The Hague without the presence of representatives of Serbian national court or the Justice Ministry. The established list of 40 witnesses in case against OVK is a result of the ministry's cooperation with the ICTY, Belgrade's news agency Beta quoted sources from Justice Minister Vladan Batic's office. It is estimated the questioning of the witnesses will last for ten days. The witnesses are questioned individually.
