In assessing political risks in Croatia the agency was governed by the latest events related to the Croatian government decision on cooperation with the Hague war crimes tribunal, reads the August report, released by the Zagreb-based company Bonline. The vote of confidence received by the Ivica Racan government will have a very favourable effect on Croatia's risk profile, the report says. D&B estimates that Croatia's GDP will rise by three percent this year and by four percent next year.
