ZAGREB COUNTY COURT ISSUES ARREST WARRANT AFTER ONE OF HAGUE INDICTEES ZAGREB, July 13 (Hina) - The Zagreb County Court received a sealed indictment and a warrant issued by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia
(ICTY) for the arrest and extradition of indictees, and the Court's investigating judge issued an arrest warrant, the Zagreb County Court said in a statement Friday. Considering this is a secret indictment, at this moment we are not able to reveal the name of the persons the arrest warrant had been issued after, read the statement signed by deputy Court president Damir Kos. After the government forwarded the ICTY documents, the court acted in line with the regulation of Article 13, Item 1 of the constitutional law on cooperation between Croatia and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. documents had been forwarded to the court's investigation

department's judge.
After examining the documentation, the investigating judge issued
the arrest warrant, which has been forwarded to the Croatian police
authorities to be carried out.
The indictee should be brought before the investigating judge, who
will then open the sealed indictment which will be presented to the
indictee and his attorney along with the arrest warrant and the
legal translation.
