SARAJEVO, July 10 (Hina) - Bosnia's Foreign Minister Zlatko Lagumdzija was appointed new chairman of the Council of Ministers on Tuesday. The state leadership was unanimous as regards Lagumdzija's appointment, Jozo Krizanovic, the
chairman of the state presidency, told reporters in Sarajevo. He does not expect any problems during voting in parliament either. Under the Bosnian Constitution, the chairman of the Council of Ministers, the Bosnian government, is appointed to an eight-month mandate by members of state presidency. Each nomination has to be ratified by parliament's House of Representatives. The parties of the ruling Alliance for Changes had agreed on earlier that Lagumdzija be the only candidate for the new Council of Ministers chairman. Moderate parties from the Bosnian Serb entity are also expected to support the candidacy, especially Mladen Ivanic's Democratic Progress party. If he receives the required
