ZAGREB, July 7 (Hina) - A total of 5,636,431 overnights were recorded along Adriatic resorts in June, a 18 percent increase as against the same time last year, while overnights in the first six months of this year reached 9,234,254,
an increase of 22 percent, the National Tourist Office said on Saturday. Foreigners accounted for 5,140,094 overnights in June, an increase of 19 percent. The number of domestic tourists was six percent higher than in June 2000. The most numerous foreign tourists are the Germans. They are followed by the Czech, Austrians, Slovenes, Italians, Poles, Hungarians, Slovaks, the Dutch, and tourists from Great Britain.(hina) ha
