ZAGREB, July 6 (Hina) - Prime Minister Ivica Racan on Friday presented the government's web portal 'www.otvorena.vlada.hr.' ahead of an award presentation for the best Croatian Internet pages, 'Vidi Web Top 100'. "Our intention was to
provide citizens with one place to access the web, namely direct access to state and public institutions, thus making searching the Internet and communication with state and public services easier," said Racan. He called on public institutions to join in the government's efforts to achieve a direct, quick, and two-way communication with citizens, as befits the time we live in. Racan said the modernisation of the government administration's work was one of the government's reform goals.
